How do I change my location? +
Tap the location pill at the top of the home screen. You can switch between your current GPS location and searching for any city worldwide.
Why is my weather not updating? +
Long press the location pill at the top of the screen to force a refresh. Weather data updates automatically every 10 minutes, but a force refresh will pull the latest conditions immediately.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Run Ready Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What's included in the free version? +
The free version includes current weather gear recommendations, today's run planning, GPS location detection, and city search worldwide. Everything you need to gear up for your next run — for free, with no time limit.
How do I restore my purchase? +
Open Settings in the app, then tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that was used to originally purchase the subscription.
The app isn't showing my location +
Make sure location permission has been granted. Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Run Ready and set it to While Using the App or Always. Then return to Run Ready and tap the location pill to refresh.
